Vanderbilt's season is over, and it probably couldn't have ended much more painfully.
Oklahoma's Aaron Baker hit a walk-off, two-run home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to rally the Sooners to an 11-10 victory over Vanderbilt in the Tempe Regional.
The Commodores held leads of 6-1 and 8-5 before Okalhoma rallied to take the lead. Trailing 9-8 in the top of the ninth, Vanderbilt mounted a comeback, taking the lead 10-9 when Alex Feinberg singled in fellow senior Dominic de la Osa.
That set the stage for Baker's home run that eliminated Vanderbilt from the NCAA Tournament.
Vanderbilt finishes the season at 41-22.
